Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Releases takes quite a bit of time, we are legally required to verify and document identity and vehicle ownership, and retain copies of all documentation. For a release that you will be driving out, you must be here 30 minutes or more before end of business. If the vehicle must be towed out, you must be here 60 minutes before end of business, and the tow truck must be here 20 minutes before end of business.
