Upon presentation of proof of ownership, the owner of the vehicle may retrieve any personal items without retrieving the vehicle and without paying a retrieval fee (business hours apply). “Personal items” do not include any items that are attached to the vehicle, i.e. stereo systems, batteries, wheels etc.
